When can I Visit
Face-to-face Visits
The scheduled face-to-face visit days for the different institutions are shown below:
Ensuring visitors’ safety is our utmost priority. We seek your understanding that all visitors with mobility issue should be accompanied for face-to-face visit so that immediate assistance can be rendered to you in case of emergency. Alternatively, we may offer you the option to televisit your loved ones.
Tele-visits
Tele-visits are available as shown below except on Public Holidays:

Visit frequencies differ for different categories of inmates

| Drug Rehabilitation Centre (DRC) inmates | 2 visits per month | Maximum 1 face-to-face visit per month |
| Inhalant Abusers (IA) | 2 visits per month | Maximum 1 face-to-face visit per month |
| Remand inmates | 4 visits per week |
Maximum 2 face-to-face visit per week |
