Collection of Inmate’s Property

Inmates may authorise their family members and friends to collect their properties from the warehouse, by putting up a request. Family members and friends who wish to assist inmates may submit their requests via this link.

Submission of Request
[For registered visitors] An image of the Visit Card is to be uploaded for verification.

A processing time of at least five working days is required, before the applicant is informed of the outcome of their application.

If the application is approved, an electronic copy of the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) signed by the inmate will be sent to the applicant via the indicated email.

Should the applicant face any issue with the application, he/she may approach the counter staff at any Prison Link Centres for assistance during visitation.

Booking of Appointment for Collection of Inmate Property
Upon being issued with the signed LOA, the applicant shall arrange with ST Logistics for a suitable date and time, before proceeding over to collect inmate’s properties from the warehouse in Clementi.

The address and contact number will be indicated on the LOA.
