Visit Announcements
Changes to Face-to-Face Visit Days for Remand Inmates in Institution A4 and Institution B2
-
Family visits are important to support the inmates’ rehabilitation and reintegration. These visits are either held face-to-face with the inmates at the Changi Prison Complex, or via tele-visits conducted from five Prison Link Centres and eight Satellite Visit Centres. This year, the Singapore Prison Service (SPS) has set up three additional Satellite Visit Centres at the Assyakirin Mosque, Kaki Bukit Community Club, and New Hope Community Services, making it even more convenient for families to visit the inmates.
-
SPS also regularly reviews the visit schedules for all inmates by considering the visitor turnout and visit slots utilisation to ensure adequate resource allocation.
-
The following changes to face-to-face visits for remand inmates from Institution A4 and Institution B2 will be implemented from 1 November 2025:
-
Institution A4: Face-to-face visits for remand inmates from Institution A4 will be conducted on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Face-to-face visits will no longer be conducted on alternate Tuesdays.
-
Institution B2: Face-to-face visits for remand inmates from Institution B2 will be conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays. Face-to-face visits will no longer be conducted on Fridays.
-
-
All remand inmates will continue to be eligible for four visits per week, including up to two face-to-face visits.
-
[For members of the public] If you have any queries regarding the above changes, please write to us by completing the SPS Online Feedback Form at www.sps.gov.sg/feedback.
Face-to-face visits for remand inmates
From 25 July to end December 2025, face-to-face visits for remand inmates from Institution B2-CU3 will be temporarily conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This is due to improvement works at Institution B2.
There will be no visits on 24 July 2025. If you’d like to make a booking for 25 July onwards, new visiting time slots will be made available on 25 July.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
