As part of SPS’s precautionary measures during Phase III (Heightened Alert), Face-to-Face and tele-visits will continue to be suspended until further notice. Visits will be replaced with phone calls.
From 14 June 2021 to 30 June 2021, all category of inmates will be given one phone call entitlement.

Only the Main Card Holder (MCH) or approved visitor authorised by the MCH to make the visit booking

Who can receive the phone call?
Only Approved and Registered Visitors can receive the phone call. If you are not a registered or approved visitor, you may wish to inform the inmate via letter to put up a visit request, subject to approval.

As part of SPS’ measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our inmates, phone call for inmates undergoing 21 days’ cohort segregation will only be facilitated after the inmate is assessed to be suitable to join the mainstream inmate population.
Phone calls can only be made to local phone numbers.
No recording of phone calls are allowed.
Calls will be made within 10 mins of the scheduled booking. Please ensure that you are ready for the phone call 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
Calls will be made from SPS to the registered contact number, and will have no caller ID.
SPS will contact the MCH if there is any change to the phone booking made due to unforeseen circumstances.
