Phone Call Booking
a. Only approved and registered visitors can receive the phone call.
b. Phone calls can only be made to local phone numbers.
c. Calls will be made within 5 to 10 mins of the scheduled booking.
d. Calls will be made from SPS to the registered contact number of the approved visitor and will have no caller ID. Please ensure that your phone is not programmed to auto block unlisted numbers.
e. In our measures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our inmates, phone call for inmates undergoing cohort segregation will be facilitated after the segregation period.
f. SPS will contact the MCH if there is any change to the phone booking made due to unforeseen circumstances.
a. Limited to a maximum of 3 visitors (including children).
Entry and Safe Management Measures
a. Entry into our premise will only allowed 30mins before the scheduled visit timing.
b. Maximum of 3 visitors (including children) per televisit booking will be allowed into the premise.
c. All visitors will be subjected to travel and health via SafeEntry. Visitors will be rejected if they do not meet the entry criteria.
d. Masks must be worn at all times (including the televisit session) within our premise.
e. Please be seated at the designated waiting area and maintain a safe distance between you and other visitors.
f. You are required to leave our premise shortly upon completion of your visit.
g. Elderly and Seniors citizens are strongly encouraged to opt for phone call instead of televisit.
h. Visitors with no visit booking will not be allowed into our premise.
