Asian Prisons Lockdown Challenge 2025

The Asian Prisons Lockdown Challenge 2025 (APLC) was hosted by the Singapore Prison Service from 22 September 2025 to 26 September 2025. The APLC is a competition which brings together correctional professionals across the region to enhance their capabilities through practical scenarios.

Throughout the competition, participants navigated through specially designed challenges that combine tactical decision-making with physical skills. The event included valuable learning sessions on security and professional development topics ranging from Use of Force principles to human performance.

The APLC offered an excellent opportunity for correctional officers to benchmark their skills and learn from peers across Asia Pacific.

Other than showcasing their skills, participants forged friendships between each other and shared insights among themselves. The event had been truly inspiring and reinforced the importance of collaboration in achieving excellence.
