Collection of Inmate’s Property

Family members and friends can collect an inmate's belongings by submitting a request form online.

Inmates may authorise family members or friends to collect their personal property from the designated warehouse.

Family members or friends who wish to assist with the collection may submit a requests through the Collection of Inmate Personal Property form (opens in new tab).

Submission of Request
Registered visitors should upload an image of their Visit Card with the application for verification.

Allow at least five working days for the application to be processed. The applicant will be informed of the outcome of their application.

If the application is approved, an electronic copy of the Letter of Authorisation (LOA) signed by the inmate will be sent to the email address provided by the applicant.

If you need assistance with the application, you may approach the counter staff at any Prison Link Centres during your visit.

Booking of Appointment for Collection of Inmate Property
After receiving the signed LOA, the applicant should arrange with ST Logistics for a suitable date and time, before proceeding over to collect inmate’s properties from the warehouse in Clementi.

The address and contact number will be indicated on the LOA.
