International Corrections and Prisons Association
The International Corrections and Prisons Association (ICPA) is an international platform that promotes co-operation and the development of humane and effective correctional policies and practices.
SPS has received the following ICPA awards:

Singapore Quality Award
Launched in 2006, the Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation recognises past Singapore Quality Award winners that have sustained their business excellence journey and attained greater heights of excellence.
SPS received the Singapore Quality Award with Special Commendation in 2012 and 2019.
AON Best Employer
The Aon Hewitt Best Employers programme measures and recognises organisations that create a competitive advantage through their people by becoming employers of choice.
Organisations are assessed on four measures - Engagement Index, Leadership Index, Performance Culture Index and Employer Brand Index.

SPS received the People Developer recognition in 2008.

Singapore Innovation Class
Launched in 2002, the Singapore Innovation Class (I-Class) is the certification for the business excellence niche standard for innovation.
The niche standard enables organisations to develop their innovation management capabilities.
I-Class is a national recognition for organisations that have management systems and processes in place to achieve excellence through innovation.
SPS received the Singapore Innovation Class in 2008.
