There are five Prison Link Centres and eight Satellite Visit Centres.

Operating Hours:

Mondays to Fridays: 8am - 5pm

Saturdays: 8am - 4pm

(Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)

Satellite Visit Centres (Tele-visit only)
Before booking a visit at a Satellite Visit Centre, you must first complete a visit at any Prison Link Centre (PLC) for verification of your documents. After your documents have been verified, you may book subsequent visits through IPRIS or the Visit Booking Hotline at 1800-PRISONS 1800-774-7667 (For Local Calls), or +65 6774-7667 (For Overseas Calls).
